The rental list is a compilation of properties that are available in the area and it is updated every day.

Remember, many of our listings are exclusive and they will only be delivered to our rental clients. Our Rental List is perhaps the most comprehensive list in town, and it is a subscription service. We post rental listings from both property management companies and private landlords.

	The Rental List is a paid subscription service. CENTURY 21 Butler Realty, Inc. offers this service for a $25.00 service fee. This fee is non-refundable. The list will be updated every open business day. This subscription is non-assignable and non-transferable. A person who purchases rental information should do it with the purpose of locating a rental property only for personal use. Your $25.00 subscription fee will entitle you to up to 3 months of updated rental information.

CENTURY 21 Butler Realty, Inc. relies on information provided via telephone and the internet by private landlords, apartment managers, and real estate agents to compile the information provided to you. Although every effort is made to keep the information accurate, no guarantee is made that the information given to this company by the landlord is correct, we do guarantee that our list will reflect the information given to us by the landlord. The information provided to you is up to date within a five (5) day period immediately preceding the referral to you. All information listed should be verified by client prior to renting any units in our listing. CENTURY 21 Butler Realty, Inc. does not supply accurate pet information as specifications needed by client. Any amenities and/or pet information in our book are supplied as a courtesy by landlords only.
